Under general supervision of a senior member of the PR team, and in compliance with company policies and procedures, the Associate Account Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting clients’ performance in the marketplace (media coverage on television, Internet, and in print).
Addtional responsibilities include:
Locates, reviews/audits, and records instances when clients’ products or services are mentioned in the media each day.
Performs analyses of public reception of news articles, press releases, television coverages, etc. using indicators such as number of views, online click-through, open and download rates, feedback surveys, etc.
Creates, edits, and distributes a variety of periodic (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and ad hoc reports for internal teams and individuals, and for receipt by clients.
Distributes press to internal teams and/or individuals, and to respective clients, in near-real time.
Maintains currency of various systems/databases (e.g., to track clients’ interviews and press, enter and maintain client press).
Acts as a steward of the JCPR brand, consistently representing and reflecting the Company’s core values, approach and high standards of excellence in all client, media and public interactions
